One-on-One Training Sessions
One-on-One training sessions are designed to provide completely individualized workout programs and coaching on an hourly basis. This option is ideal for clients in need of major lifestyle changes or have aggressive fitness and or athletic performance goals. Group Training Sessions
Group training sessions are offered to a group of two or more individuals and athletic teams looking to reap all the benefits of a personal coaching session, but at a discounted rate. Group or Team training is ideal for clients who have similar fitness goals or play the same sport as this allows for more specified programming to be implemented into each workout sessions...
An individual flexibility assessment will be provided for each group member so the proper corrective exercises can be utilized by each individual participant. UPON PAYMENT I WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA E-MAIL OF YOUR PURCHASE AND SOON BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR TRAINED SESSIONS. SERVICES ARE VALID UNTIL ALL SESSIONS ARE SERVICED OR LENGTH OF TERM (ex: One Month) HAS PASSED.

DOCTOR'S APPROVAL IS RECOMMENDED BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.  ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL COMPLETE A LIABILITY WAIVER, A PHYSICAL ACTIVITY & READINESS QUESTIONNAIRE, AND AGREE TO THE PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES POLICY PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN THESE EXERCISE PROGRAMS.
