Training days are Monday-Wednesday-Friday at 6am in the Main Basketball Gym at the
Santa Clarita Athletic Club off the I-5 and Calgrove in Santa Clarita, CA. The monthly program gives you a total of 12 guided workouts for $149 which means you pay less than $13 a session! It is required you bring a towel and water highly is recommended. 2B FIT Camp is limited to 25 participants to ensure proper coaching and equipment availability. 2B ATHLETIC
Do you want 2B ATHLETIC? This program is designed for youth, high school and college level athletes looking to take their strength, power, speed and performance to the next level. Champions are built in the weight room and in the off-season. The 2B ATHLETIC training sessions will provide nutritional guidance, lifestyle counseling, strength training and agility workouts designed to address the sport specific demands and needs of the athlete...
Sessions can be conducted in a personalized one-on-one environment or in group setting of 2-4 athletes. The cost of the group sessions can be split as decided among the group trainees.
In-Gym Personal Training Sessions
In-gym sessions are designed for one-on-one coaching and guidance through a fitness program. You name the goal and I design the program. Each program is designed on an individual needs basis (starting fitness level, postural considerations, injuries, etc.) as well as on what changes you desire to see in your performance or physique...
Your exercise program will be balanced including everything necessary to reach your individual fitness goals including: resistance training routine, cardio- respiratory program, flexibility & corrective exercise prescription, as well as nutritional counseling and guidance. Whether your goal is to increase competitive or recreational performance, lose weight for an upcoming reunion, get shredded for your next photo shoot, or you just plain want to be fit: this journey is about you and the changes you desire. You bring the desire and I will bring you the results!

My private personal training sessions are conducted at the
Santa Clarita Athletic Club. SCAC has been Santa Clarita's hometown gym for over 10 years, providing an ideal fitness environment offering a co-ed workout area, women's-only gym, co-ed VIP workout area, swimming pool and an array of classes guaranteed to fulfill your unique fitness goals.
Group Training Sessions

Grab a friend or four and split the cost of these semi-private training sessions in which I will provide each group member with: an individual fitness assessment, meal plan, corrective exercise flexibility program and one hour long training sessions!
On-Line Programs
Can't train with me in person? Purchase an on-line training plan in which I will custom tailor a twelve-week workout regimen and nutrition plan based on a detailed questionnaire and follow up consultations. The on-line option also allows unlimited e-mail contact with me for the duration of the program so you can have all your questions answered by your very own personal trainer!
