The BPT programs have been created to help you become whatever it is you want to acheive and provide all the guidance necessary for you to be successful. Thinking about your personal health, wellness or athletic goal is a good first step, but for any progress to be made you have to take action. This action must then become apart of your daily habits and your lifestyle in order for you to reach your maximum potential on the path to ultimate goal.
The BPT FIT CAMP is all about increasing your functional fitness, shedding body fat and boosting your metabolism by reinforcing lean body mass with the use ofkettle bells, TRX suspension training, battling ropes and many more unique exercise protocols. Not a second of time is wasted as you will maximize your fitness, fat loss goals and conditioning levels with this fun and challenging exercise program.
Training days are Monday-Wednesday-Friday at 6am in the Main Basketball Gym at the Santa Clarita Athletic Club off the I-5 and Calgrove in Santa Clarita, CA. The monthly program gives you a total of 12 guided workouts. 2B FIT Camp is limited to 25 participants to ensure proper coaching and equipment availability. BPT ATHLETES is designed for youth, high school and college level athletes looking to take their strength, power, speed and performance to the next level. Champions are built in the weight room and in the off-season.
The BPT ATHLETES training sessions will provide nutritional guidance, lifestyle counseling, strength training and agility workouts designed to address the sport specific demands and needs of the athlete. Sessions can be conducted in a personalized one-on-one environment or in group setting of 2-4 athletes. The cost of the group sessions can be split as decided among the group trainees.
BPT WINNERS is a live presentation for youth and high school athletes that promotes proper training strategies, sound nutrition habits and making positive lifestyle choices on a daily basis.
The short lecture and presentation aims to not only educate young athletes on what it takes to keep an athletic body performing at its highest level, but to instill a sense of pride about one's own personal well being. The same discipline and lifestyle choices that create winners on the field are the same decisions that make winners off the field. I started training with Jeff last summer, and quickly noticed good results. From the first lesson, I could see that Jeff is really passionate about training and extremely knowledgeable in every anything involving the field of fitness. As a football player, my goal was to see serious weight gain, develop speed, power, and explosiveness. Our workouts were revolved around just that, and in two months of training, I went from 180 to 194 pounds with less body fat percentage, a faster 40, and was a lot stronger. I have now been working with Jeff for a full year and entering my senior summer of football camp I weigh 232 pounds, a 50 pound increase of muscle mass in a year! I am also running a faster 40 yard dash time than I ever have in the 4.6 range and I tested at a recent combine with a 35 inch vertical jump. Jeff is positive and motivating, and also a lot of fun to work out with. If you are an athlete, I highly recommend training with Jeff.

Playing the game of football and training with many different coaches/trainers, I feel as if I have a good grasp and feel for what type of training my mind and body responds to. During my football career I spent four years playing ball at Palmdale High School, four years at San Diego State University and I have training for a professional career for the past year. I was recently given the opportunity to work out for an Arena Football team and my first thought was to call my longtime friend and current trainer Jeff Bomberger. Within two short weeks of working with Jeff to prepare for my tryout, I felt the change in my performance that I was looking for.
