My Training Philosophy

It's simple: Give clients what they want! Ok, so maybe it goes a little deeper than this, but this is at the core of my service to you as the client. There are a couple important guidelines I follow when implementing a workout program for my clients:
  1. Have A Plan - Failure to plan is planning to fail. Everyone is always put on an individually designed program created after the assessment
  2. Train For Function -This means we will train specifically for your goal within your capabilities. The program will be designed so that your body will make adaptations the way you want them to be made and push your capabilities to new levels!
  3. Train The Body With Balance - You're going to squat, lunge, bend, twist, push and pull. You're going to move your body and train your muscles in all three planes of motion and become an efficient dynamic machine, as we were designed to be!
  4. Work Hard!!!
